I created this journey because I know what it’s like to run on empty — to lie awake while the mind keeps working long after the day has ended. I’ve learned that pressing pause is not giving up; it’s where real rejuvenation begins, where the nervous system remembers how to soften, breathe and sleep.

This journey supports you to:

  • • 20‑minute guided practices
