About Kéranne Kondjo
Keranne Kondjo is a wellness educator, author of Gut Wellbeing, and certified Yoga Teacher (RYT200) with training in Ayurveda. She is passionate about helping people calm the mind, reconnect with their bodies, and cultivate lasting wellbeing from the inside out.
Her work is deeply rooted in personal experience. After years of living in a constant state of stress, navigating demanding corporate environments, burnout, recurring sciatica, and health challenges, Keranne discovered the transformative power of yoga and nervous system regulation. What began as a search for relief from chronic pain became a journey of self-reconnection, resilience, and healing.
Through yoga, breathwork, and holistic wellbeing practices, she learned how to move from survival mode into a state of balance, where the body could rest, recover, and thrive. This experience inspired her to deepen her studies and become a certified yoga teacher in 2021.
Today, Keranne combines scientific research, holistic wellness principles, and practical tools to help others reduce stress, restore inner calm, and support healthy ageing. Her book, Gut Wellbeing, explores the powerful connection between the gut, mind, and overall health, encouraging readers to create sustainable habits that promote vitality and balance.
Through teaching, speaking, and writing, Keranne's mission is simple: to help people master calm, reconnect with themselves, and live with greater ease, energy, and wellbeing; One breath at a time.
